The acquisition of SmartFocus confirms our position as European leader in marketing automation
We are thrilled to share the exciting news that ACTITO has acquired SmartFocus in June 2019.
Back in September 2018, we announced our ambition to strengthen our leading European position and open several new subsidiaries. This is now a reality.
SmartFocus is a cloud-based digital marketing platform founded in 1999. The company is headquartered in London and operates throughout the world with a strong presence in Europe (due to its historic headquarters in Paris) and in North America. SmartFocus works with clients from a wide array of sectors including retail and e-commerce, media, automotive, transportation and leisure.
As a key player in marketing automation, we are extremely excited about the future.
