Success Story: Mobalpa

Integrating print into your marketing automation strategy.

The partner: Gocad Services

Gocad Services, with 12 years’ expertise, is one of the leaders in direct marketing: drawing on their IT and marketing skills, they provide their clients with innovative solutions to automate their direct marketing campaigns, in particular through multi-channel retargeting. They support clients with their challenges relating to customer loyalty, customer acquisition and optimisation.

The client: Mobalpa

Mobalpa is a brand specialising in kitchen, bathroom and storage furniture. Mobalpa – or Mobilier des Alpes – is a brand owned by the Fournier Group, which also includes the SoCoo’c and Perene brands. The Fournier Group has chosen Actito to optimise the management of its relationship and multi-channel marketing programmes. The aim is to support the brands’ prospects and customers throughout their purchasing journeys using individualised, personalised and real-time communications.

This session, led by Stéphane Pierre, Managing Director of Gocad Services, and Lucile De Traverse, Head of CRM & Social Media at Mobalpa, focused on the integration of postal mail into marketing automation channels.

For Mobalpa, paper mailings remain a very important channel for engaging and converting their prospects. “I am firmly convinced that paper mailings remain a highly complementary medium to email marketing, and it is a priority for us to achieve this email-mailing mix with Actito,” says Lucile De Traverse.

To make the best possible use of this at a local level, Mobalpa has opted for the GOCAD/Actito combination, with a ‘paper’ module available both at head office and in-store. This collaboration enables automated file transfers, as well as the production and direct delivery of mailings to consumers’ doorsteps.
